All Quiet on the Western Front

Things are going to be a bit slow 'round here. At least until the end of July. Last night saw the beginning of the month of Av and the 9 Days. The mourning that began with the 3 Weeks intensifies as we get closer to 9 Av, the saddest day in the Jewish calendar. As we focus more on these calamitous events, we ramp up the level of refraining from joyous things. And you guessed it, amongst the things we don't do during this time: knit.

I do have some WiPs that I haven't photographed in a while, even an FO I managed to whip up in a 24 hour period. So it won't be total silence around here. But it will be relaxed.
